October 07, Our Lady of the Holy Rosary

Dear Faithful,

Joyful, Sorrowful, and Glorious blessings on today's mighty feast. The altar is quickly taking shape, and I would like you to be a part of it. Please email me at info@pompeiirising.org with your name, or a brief prayer intention, or perhaps a picture of you or a loved one. I will print them out and place it in the altar before it is sealed in about two weeks.

On Monday, we celebrated the centenary of the death of St. Bartolo Longo, who died on October 5th, 1926, about a year and a half after our church was built.

As a parish, on December 12th, we are renewing our Total Consecration to Jesus through Mary immediately after the blessing of the church in the Solemn High Mass. If you haven't made the Total Consecration yet and would like more information, or would like guided assistance with the 33 Day Preparation, see the flyer for more details.

There are too many updates for one monthly newsletter, so expect to hear from me more often as we enter the home stretch.

O Queen of Victories, pray for us!

Fr. Thomas
